Rules for Posting Roster Movements

If you drop a player to the Free Agent pool, pick up a player from the Free Agent pool or both they need to be posted on the forum under the correct section (Roster Movements)

Example:
Bears add/drop

Bears add:
QB- Donovan McNabb 90

and

Bears drop:
QB- Vince Young 79

If you do not post your add/drops in the Roster Movements section in the forum:

1- You can lose the player(s) from your roster
2- Be penalized up to 3 players for up to 3 games
3- Have your games simulated up to 3 games
4- Any combination of the above
5- All the way up to removal from league (extreme cases only)
